Who is James Rocha?
James Rocha is a seasoned expert in business management, sales, business development, manufacturing, and leadership. With his diverse skill set, he excels in various fields of business. James has made a significant impact throughout his career, including at Zimmer Biomet, where he held a prominent position.
At Zimmer Biomet, a company specializing in medical device sales for Orthopaedics, James served as the Director of Sales. During his five years there, he played a crucial role in starting a new division within the company. His contributions were integral to the division’s success and overall company growth.
Why did James make a career change?
Motivated by the desire to help people and organizations while continuously learning and expanding his skill set, James made a career change and became a business owner. He recognized the opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to the success of others.

Outside of his professional life, James has a passion for outdoor sports. His goal for helping youths, both in sports as a coach and as a mentor through the Fresh Air Program and the Big Brother Program, is an area that he is very passionate about and very fortunate to spend a good amount of time in for the past 9 years.
He also enjoys activities such as mountain biking, snowboarding, scuba diving, golf, and any active pursuit that allows him to be outdoors and embrace the elements.
James is a college graduate and attended UMASS Amherst, where he furthered his education and acquired valuable knowledge for his career journey.
