Cardiff and Newport Resale Franchisees Who Achieved 12 Months of Sales in Just 6 Months

We recently caught up with Libby and Hayley, the new Betterclean Services resale franchisees in Cardiff and Newport, to chat about their rapid growth and success in their first 6 months in business.

Libby and Hayley, who purchased the Cardiff and Newport Betterclean Services resale franchise in May 2023, have seen rapid growth and success in their first 6 months in business.

“It’s been hard work, but enjoyable knowing we’re doing it for ourselves,” said Libby. “We’ve built some really good relationships which has furthered our organic leads.”

One of the highlights of the past 6 months for Libby and Hayley has been hearing positive comments from businesses who have found them due to word of mouth. “Having people ask to work with us on the recommendation of our clients is flattering and reaffirms that we are providing the standard we set out to.”

“To know that we made such a difference to the service clients were receiving that they recommended us to others, resulting in more work, is a highlight in itself,” said Hayley. “It makes it all worth it.”

Libby and Hayley have also received excellent support from Betterclean Services, both operationally and through marketing.

“The support has been great from day one,” said Libby. “As we have gotten further into the 6 months, the support we have needed has changed. We have settled into a flow of things. To know that we have a huge arsenal of back up for any little matter than arises is reassuring.”

Libby and Hayley have exceeded their targets for their first 6 months in business, and they attribute this to their transparency with clients, careful recruiting, and focus on both staff and client relationships.

“It goes a long way,” said Libby.

For the next 6 months, Libby and Hayley plan to focus on steady and stable growth, while continuing to nurture their existing relationships and provide a high standard of service.
