Despite the national lockdowns, 80% of No Letting Go franchisees who joined during 2020 have hit a minimum monthly revenue of £4000 by August 2021.  Our Tees Valley office hit a monthly revenue of £10,000 in April this year, by providing an adaptable service during the changing landscape.

Julie Skipp from the Tees Valley office says “Its been a difficult period for all businesses to navigate, and I wanted to ensure that clients knew I was open for business and could  support them through the stop start activity of earlier this year.  Fortunately for our industry the lettings market is booming and my main concern is ensuring I have the right resource in place to provide a great level of service.  I feel like my feet haven’t touched the ground this year, and despite the lockdown at the start of the year my average monthly revenue is close to £7,000.”

Without the requirement for premises and stock, No Letting is a very low overhead business enabling profitability to be obtained within the first 6 months of trading.
