Every October, Notary Express participates in Free Wills Month which is designed to help raise money for selected charities by providing free wills to anyone aged 55 or over. This wonderful service raises money for charities such as Dogs Trust, the British Heart Foundation, Young Lives vs Cancer, Alzheimer’s Research UK, and many more, subsequently helping to protect and help the lives of millions of people and animals across the UK.

The income of many charities comes from legacies left to them which is why the service that Free Wills Month provides is so amazing, as it encourages people to donate to a charity of their choice by having a will made for free. Notary Express also takes part in another similar campaign in November called Will Aid, raising money for 9 of the UK’s leading charities, including British Red Cross, Save the Children, and Age UK.

In 2018, Merlin Batchelor, the Director of Notary Express raised a stunning £332,380 of future income for the Free Wills Month charities, as well as raising a fantastic £2,390 of future income for charities participating in Will Aid, resulting in a total of £334,770 raised for incredible charities all across the UK in 2018 alone.

The future income raised for these charities helps to save and change millions of valuable lives over the UK and overseas, which is why Notary Express takes part in and fully supports these campaigns with pride.
