Reason for choosing a Nicholas Humphreys franchise: The brand stood out considerably and was worlds apart from what the others were offering. More so, Nicholas Humphreys targetted a specialised sector which they are experts in.

Vision: To be the most trusted Letting Agent in Reading who provides tenants and landlords a service which is based on honesty, transparency and a fantastic customer service.

Personal goal: Within 2 years I would like to open a second Nicholas Humphreys office in a second territory.

Advice to prospective franchisees: Do your research and take advantage of the market research days on offer. Make sure the location you pick fits in line with the Nicholas Humphreys business model of a University presence and ensure you speak to the current franchisees to really crunch the numbers and to ensure it is a viable business proposition.
