PerCurra’s first off-site conference for its home care franchisees has been held in the stunning setting of the Down Hall Hotel and Spa in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Joint marketing ventures were planned to further raise the profile of the branches and the brand. Franchisees were also given a demonstration on a web-based care visit system that is proving highly successful at PerCurra Nottingham.
Gill Heppell, Founder and Managing Director of PerCurra explained: “We offer a high level of support to our franchisees at all times; regional meetings and national conferences are part of this. This recent conference provided an opportunity to celebrate achievements over the past six months and discuss a range of new initiatives. Before launching a new system we trial it at head office. Franchisees can then see it is tried, tested and of benefit to their business.”
