We would like to welcome Ben to our network as our newest franchise Director and we are soon to be launching our cold-start franchise business into the University City of Portsmouth. We will be specialising in student lettings and following our unique selling points alongside training, launching and supporting Ben in professional lettings, property management and investment and residential sales.
Having had a keen interest in the property industry from a very young age, Ben is delighted to be able to offer a customer focussed estate and letting agency service in his home town.
Ben has experience of working within the retail, professional services and voluntary sectors. He graduated from the University of Derby with a degree in Business Management, and has since completed a masters degree.
A Nicholas Humphreys franchise has been chosen by Ben due to the heavily supportive nature of our franchise proposition particularly the 1 months training which is also including his partner alongside the 2 months dedicated support of which we will be down in Portsmouth for 3 days a week for the first month with Ben to aid in the business generational activities of listing landlords and properties and letting to student and professional tenants in Portsmouth.
Ben is excited to start his training period alongside our Head of Franchise Support whilst also experiencing the day to day running of our offices in Leicester and obtaining practical support as part of his training period.
