Two more sporting NGBs have joined forces with Premier Education – the UK’s biggest franchisor in school-based activities.

Premier Education have worked with many of Britain’s biggest National Governing Bodies since their establishment in 1999. Their current partnerships include the likes of British Gymnastics, England Hockey and England Lacrosse. These partnerships allow Premier to offer a wide range of activities to primary school aged children across the UK.

Impressively, the last 12 months has seen the addition of two more names: BaseballSoftballUK and Table Tennis England. In response to rising popularity of both these sports, the NGBs are hoping to utilise the quality of Premier Education’s coaching network to meet the demands of schools across the country. Collectively, Premier Education franchisees have a network of over 1,300 qualified coaches, and each of these coaches receives training from their NGB partners.

BaseballSoftballUK

Premier became official partners of BaseballSoftballUK last November and kicked off the partnership by launching Fun At Bat. The scheme has previously been a huge success internationally, but this marks its first appearance in the UK. Across the pond, more 3 million children have enjoyed Fun At Bat in America, Puerto Rico and Mexico.

For franchisees, this is a huge part of Premier Education’s appeal – the chance for exclusive access to proven products with a well-respected brand. Premier pride themselves on working nationally to create opportunities locally for their 130 territories.

Premier Education’s Partnerships Manager, Jane Hannah, said: “For franchisees building their business, these partnerships make it even easier to win over new customers. Every new franchisee is eligible for 14 months of comprehensive training, and the specialist knowledge from our partners feeds into that.”

Table Tennis England

Table Tennis England are the most recent NGB to choose Premier Education as their official delivery partners. Working together, they have launched TT Kidz, a brand-new table tennis programme aimed at introducing children to the game in a fun, accessible way.

One of the reasons Premier Education were chosen is the fact that they’re working with nearly 3000 primary schools. Greg Yarnall of Table Tennis England said that they are “excited about the opportunity of working with a recognised primary schools provider that deliver in over 15% of primary schools nationally”.

TT Kidz is just one of the initiatives Premier Education has used to improve the health and wellbeing of children through active learning. Around 250,000 children will take part in Premier activities this year, making them the biggest franchisor in their industry.

If you’re interested in a franchise which promotes health and activity across the country, Premier are the biggest in the industry. Their success is built on a tried and tested formula; with investment starting at just £24k, and some of their biggest franchisees are turning over more than £1m a year.
