How a change in mindset changed everything…
As of 3rd November Robert Dancy, of The Franchising Centre, and the consultant who has been working with the Radfield Home Care franchise to recruit new franchise partners, will be ending this chapter of his life and starting a whole new one by opening the doors to Radfield Home Care Tarporley & Mid Cheshire.
For years, Robert has been helping people find the right franchise, cheering them on as they take the leap and build something of their own; and he has loved every minute but, recently, he began to feel that maybe it was time he did the same. Maybe it was time for him to start building something for himself rather than just helping others to achieve their dreams.
Robert says that: “My time working with the Radfield Home Care franchise means I have an in-depth understanding of exactly what they’re all about – their long standing and genuine passion for their sector, their professionalism, brand, values and culture, their support to their network and the quality of those within it.
“When I started rethinking what I wanted from life and work this year, I kept coming back to Radfield, and the more I became convinced that they were the perfect fit for my plans. Fortunately, they felt the same way about me!
“Aside from my experience in working in franchising, I’m actually not so different from many other people who choose to partner with Radfield. Like many of their partners, this isn’t just a business decision, it’s a personal one, too. I have my own first-hand experiences of the importance of quality care after seeing just how big an impact it had on my own mother in her later years. This big move is all about making sure I play a part in creating a world where everyone has access to the kind of care which helps them lead the lives they want to lead for as long as possible.”
This is, after all, everyone at Radfield’s big mission: to help the nation age well by staying connected to the things that matter most.
Robert is both excited and nervous about making this move, but he knows that the team at Radfield have got his back and he can’t wait to get started.
He will be handing over his Franchise Consultant duties to his very capable (ex) colleague at The Franchising Centre, John Overdijking, who will be the main man for anything and everything to do with the Radfield Home Care franchise from now on. John is incredibly experienced in franchising, so future franchise partners will be in safe hands.
