Town & Country Cleaning has opened a new regional office in Oxfordshire to serve Oxford and surrounding areas. The Oxford team will be headed up by Stephen Hunter, Director of Town & Country Cleaning – Oxford.

Stephen Hunter, Director of Town & Country Cleaning – Oxford said, “This is an exciting opportunity for us to develop the Town & Country Cleaning brand in our home region of Oxfordshire. The company’s customer base and cleaning specialty should reflect very well here in Oxford”.

The Company prides itself on working for more discerning customers, which includes the likes of Wentworth Golf Club and Charterhouse School. Other examples of customers include Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Thakeham Homes, Forestry Commission, Kier Group, Premier Inn Hotels and Churchill Retirement Living.

Recently the company was awarded Best Independent Contract Cleaning Company (Surrey) by 2016 Build / Facilities Management Awards. The award is in recognition for impressive company growth, industry-leading customer satisfaction, staff retention and service delivery for construction and FM (facilities management) cleaning services.

A key point of differentiation for the company is to provide a one-stop-shop cleaning service from initial builders cleans, to final sparkle cleans, ongoing contract cleaning, domestic cleaning and specialist deep cleaning.

It satisfies construction companies with all the necessary accreditations and documentation including ISO9001, Safecontractor, CSCS cards, insurance to £10m and site-specific risk assessments and method statements and supervision. Each project has dedicated ring-fenced teams and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

The company is committed to recruiting the best cleaners in the local area, ensuring employee job security, training, paying above the national living wage and offering a workplace pension ahead of its statutory staging date. This allows the company to attract and retain better staff that in turn delivers improved quality and continuity of service for the customer.

Lee Turner, Managing Director of Town & Country Cleaning said, “Following consistent profitable growth the company is now in a position to develop more regional operations. We are extremely excited with a new regional team in Oxford, which is well placed to develop existing and new customers in the Oxford area”.
