Investment + Returns

• £130k total investment, including contingency
• 70% bank funding available, subject to status
• £2m+ turnover potential at maturity

Your total investment is around £130,000, including contingency. With up to 70% bank funding available, you can get started with around £39,000 of your own funds. That covers the franchise fee of £28,500 plus VAT and the working capital to carry you through CQC registration and on into profit.

Your first goal is a £1.5m business in your first territory. From there, you choose: grow into neighbouring territories, or build an asset ready to sell when the time is right.
