With the help of the Sylvian Care franchise, two new partners start to turn their vision into a reality.
Every new franchisee we welcome onto the Sylvian Care community is a cause for celebration as we add another fantastic location where those most in need can access high-quality care the Sylvian way. Which is why we are so thrilled to welcome our newest partners, Samson and Joesphine, as they launch their new business in Crawley.
This brother- and sister-in-law team each bring their own experience and expertise which together make for the perfect team. Bringing a blend of seasoned leadership and a fresh perspective to care, Samson draws from his extensive experience managing his family’s business. His encounters with leadership challenges in previous roles have shaped his commitment to building a positive work culture, aligning perfectly with Sylvian Care’s values of empathy and relationship-based care. Josephine, with her academic background in Biotechnologies and heartfelt experience in elderly care, brings a unique blend of knowledge and compassionate service to the partnership.
Of course, this won’t be a journey they take alone – we will be with them every step of the way! Samson and Josephine will not only be able to immediately tap into the proven systems and procedures we have perfected, but also draw on our decades of experience working in care. We’ll be there for them with regular support as they build and grow their business, and always be on hand for any advice or guidance they need. After all, even though this will very much be their business, they’re part of the Sylvian Care community now!
Samson shared his enthusiasm: “The ethos at Sylvian Care resonates deeply with my vision of leadership and care. I’ve seen the impact of negative leadership on care quality, and I’m eager to champion a different, more positive approach in my own business.”
Josephine’s journey into care started during her studies, where her part-time work in care turned into a passion. “It was at a franchise show where I first encountered Sylvian Care, and despite exploring numerous options, it was Sylvian’s strong culture and support that ultimately drew us back,” she explained.
Their story is a fantastic example of how personal values can align so closely with the heart of Sylvian Care’s mission. We look forward to sharing this journey with Samson and Josephine as they transform care for those most in need in the Crawley community.
