Reading Time: 2 minutesFor the second year running, Radfield Home Care has been shortlisted for Best Franchisee Marketing Support at the Franchise Marketing Awards.

Recently crowned Emerging Franchisor of the Year at the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards 2019, this is Radfield Home Care’s second major award nomination in recent months and this time focuses on the wealth of marketing support it provides it franchise partners.

Focussing on the private home care marketplace, Radfield’s marketing team supports its franchise partners to successfully attract private clients and recruit a high quality, professional workforce, as Marketing Manager, Trudie Meredith explains: “Focussing on the private marketplace allows our franchise partners to benefit from happier clients, higher returns and more secure client base. Radfield Home Care has years of experience in this marketplace, and therefore fully understands the critical role marketing plays in our franchise partners business development.

“From days spent networking in their local territory to leading SEO rankings, we work hand-in-hand with our franchise partners to make sure their local communities have heard of them and they are top of Google rankings.”

Digital Marketing Manager, Phil MacKechnie has spent many years developing some of the UK’s leading online campaigns and works with franchise partners to ensure they are implementing the latest digital marketing strategies: “The pace of change in the digital marketing landscape is incredible and it is vital we support our franchise partners to stay ahead of the curve. It is not all about the latest strategies though, we have also invested heavily in ensuring we can join the dots in a user’s journey; we can see exactly when they first made contact with the brand right through to where, when and how they converted. It is this that really benefits our franchise partners, as they can closely track their ROI.”

The Franchise Marketing Awards are held each year by the British Franchise Association’s official magazine, Business Franchise Magazine, and are judged by some of the UK franchise industry’s leading experts and thought leaders.

In recent weeks, Radfield Home Care has also demonstrated the strength of its care services at the Homecare.co.uk Awards 2019. Three of its franchise partners were crowned Regional Top 20 Home Care Providers, and the organisation was also crowned Top 20 Group Home Care Provider nationally. Twinned with its recent bfa award win and Franchise Marketing Award shortlisting, this demonstrates Radfield’s strength throughout all areas of franchise opportunity.
