Town & Country Cleaning has been awarded Best Independent Contract Cleaning Company (Surrey) by 2016 Facilities Management Awards. The award is in recognition for impressive company growth, industry-leading customer satisfaction, staff retention and service delivery for construction and FM (facilities management) cleaning services.

Based in Farnham, Town & Country Cleaning has some 65 cleaners managing +300 customers in Surrey and across the South of England, for both commercial and domestic customers.

Examples of customers include Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Thakeham Homes, Forestry Commission, Kier Group, Premier Inn Hotels and Churchill Retirement Living.  The Company prides itself on working for more discerning customers, which includes the likes of Wentworth Club and Charterhouse School.

A key point of differentiation for the Company is to provide a one-stop-shop cleaning service from initial builders cleans, to final sparkle cleans, ongoing contract cleaning, domestic cleaning and specialist deep cleaning. It satisfies construction companies with all the necessary accreditations and documentation including ISO9001, Safecontractor, CSCS cards, insurance to £10m and site-specific risk assessments and method statements and supervision. Each project has dedicated ring-fenced teams and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

The Company is committed to recruiting the best cleaners in the local area, ensuring employee job security, training, paying above the national living wage and offering a workplace pension ahead of its statutory staging date. This allows the Company to attract and retain better staff that in turn delivers improved quality and continuity of service for the customer.

Lee Turner, Managing Director of Town & Country Cleaning said, “We are very proud to be recognised by Build Magazine and the 2016 Facilities Management Awards. Working with the likes of Barratt Homes and Churchill Retirement Living is a great example of our capabilities as a company and the professional approach we take to both construction and ongoing FM contracts”.

Town & Country Cleaning has some 65 staff managing +300 customers across both commercial and domestic clients in Surrey, Hampshire and across the south of England. Accreditations include BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management), British Chamber of Commerce, ISO9001 and insurance to £10m.
