Ovenu Bracknell, the specialist oven cleaning business, is expanding to meet demand for its services by taking on additional valeters.
Having acquired the franchise business, which was originally established 17 years ago, at the start of the year, former logistics industry management consultant, John Ariss, has seen a surge in bookings, which has led to the recruitment of Robert Dance and Colin Coleman, who are both from Wokingham.
Robert is a former car sprayer and valeter with more than 30 years’ experience in the motor industry, while Colin joins Ovenu from the logistics industry after working as a lead warehouse manager and latterly a logistics manager.
As well as serving the town, Ovenu Bracknell also covers Ascot, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Sunningdale, Sunninghill and Virginia Water and surrounding areas.
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan, and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic and biodegradable products to clean the oven parts.
John Ariss said: “Within weeks of taking on the business and lockdown restrictions starting to lift we had a surge in bookings as customers were happy and able to welcome us back into their homes. Even after Robert joined, we became booked up for more than month and a half ahead. So, with Colin joining us we know have the capacity to take on more bookings and get to them sooner!”
