Several years ago I was re evaluating my business and looking to strengthen certain areas where I felt we lacked resource. Having been involved in learning and development since 2000 I was happy with our programmes covering leadership and management, as a qualified coach I was comfortable with my service provision in that field but I was a little disappointed that we rarely succeeded with helping clients recruit or be involved in the development of their people at an earlier stage.
With that in mind, I was delighted when Ray approached me and asked me to take a look at the PrevueHR assessments and profiling portfolio. I had done some work in profiling previously but found it to be cumbersome and difficult to interpret and facilitate the outcomes.
Ray took me through the Prevue HR system online and I immediately felt at ease with the tools and reports. The admin platform is simple to access, use and navigate and the reports are comprehensive yet very understandable. Compared to much of the competitive systems around, of which there are many, the Prevue reports are very accurate and reliable and are to a level that allows them to be used in the recruitment field. This was something that I was absolutely adamant was a must. So many people use unreliable profiling and assessment tools that are simply not accurate enough to make recruitment decisions that I wanted to ensure we could justify its use in such a crucial environment.
The training received from Ray and the Prevue team was comprehensive and the ongoing webinars certainly played a major part in us being able to start marketing the system very soon after joining the team. My fellow director Nicky has fully engaged with the admin’ platform and can now act as a clients back office support.
A few years on and we now use Preview assessments in many different ways to support my business and our clients:

All in all the decision to engage with Ray at Coensus has proved very valuable to the business both from a service provision and credibility point of view as well as commercially beneficial. With 3 annual contracts and over 1000 profiles completed we are very satisfied with the added value this has provided for the business.
