Having spent several years helping people relocate, Daniel Styles has now made a successful move of his own with the launch of oven cleaning service, Ovenu Worcester.
The shift marks the realisation of a long-held ambition to be his own boss, giving him the flexibility to shape both his career and lifestyle.
Daniel, who lives in Worcester, previously served as operations manager for a relocation company for eight years. In this role, he assisted individuals and families into alternative accommodation when their homes became uninhabitable due to various circumstances, including floods, fires or storm damage..
Prior to that, he had more than 20 years’ experience in managerial roles within London’s hospitality industry, overseeing operations in hotels, restaurants, and bars.
Daniel said: “I reached a point in life where I wanted a change and had always wanted to run my own business. I decided to go down the franchise route to reduce the uncertainty and risk that’s often involved in starting a business from scratch.
“I did my research and was impressed with Ovenu’s business model, training and its high level of ongoing support. With more than 30 years’ spent in customer-facing roles, I’m confident in delivering an outstanding service – which is key to attracting a large and loyal client base.
“Eventually, my aim is to grow the business to a point that I’m able to take on other oven technicians.”

The Ovenu process involves dismantling key oven components – such as doors, interior panels, fans, and shelves – and cleaning them in design-registered tank equipment using safe, non-caustic, and biodegradable products. The service leaves ovens in near showroom condition and also covers hobs, extractor hoods, microwaves, and range cookers.
