- What inspired you to become a SportsCool franchisee?
In February 2023, I received the difficult news that I could no longer have children. This deeply impacted me, and I decided to channel my energy into something positive and productive. I chose to become a SportsCool franchisee with the hope of building a successful business that could potentially provide the financial means to pursue IVF treatment. - How has your experience as a SportsCool franchisee been so far?
My experience as a SportsCool franchisee has been incredibly rewarding. While starting a new business always comes with its challenges, the journey has been filled with positive moments. I’ve felt well-supported throughout, and seeing the impact our sessions have on children – from their excitement during activities to their growing confidence – has made it all worthwhile. The sense of community and the opportunity to make a real difference have exceeded my expectations. - What’s been the most rewarding part of running your SportsCool franchise?
The most rewarding part for me is seeing the children’s faces light up with joy during our sessions. Watching them have fun, build confidence, and leave with big smiles is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that I’m creating positive experiences and helping children stay active makes all the hard work worthwhile. - What support did SportsCool provide to help you get started and feel confident in your role?
At first, I found it quite difficult to get started. However, since Neil, Rosie, and Lee have been on board with their consistent communication and support, things have really improved. Their guidance has been invaluable – helping us build confidence, overcome challenges, and ultimately start to branch out and grow. Knowing that there’s always someone available to offer advice and encouragement has made a big difference in my journey as a franchisee.
