Reading Time: 2 minutesIn our latest Franchisor Interview, we spoke with Ray King the Managing director of Coensus-hr, to discuss what makes his franchise opportunity unique and what prospective franchisees can expect when buying a Coensus-hr franchise.

How is Coensus-hr different from other similar franchises in the UK?

In principle, l wouldn’t say there are any ‘similar’ franchises in the UK which sell psychometric assessments. Where we differ massively is that our product, Prevue, is a global player with exceptional credentials. It is also mostly a Home-based/On-Line business opportunity for anyone who has an interest in People. Whether it be in recruitment or for on-going people development

What is your biggest achievement at Coensus-hr so far?

Will, I am going to be extremely honest and say to date l can’t think of any major achievement thus far that l would like to scream about. It will come but as yet NOT

What is the best feedback you have heard about your brand?

From every Client and Appointed Distributor, the feedback has been exceptional. The Assessments we sell are accurate; it is a reliable working tool; the system is easy to use; the pricing is extremely competitive, the profits are great and the market is huge.

Why would you recommend Coensus-hr to people wanting to open a franchise?

Assuming they want a Home Based/Online Business which can earn them both an immediate income plus opportunity for a recurring annual income then this business is simple to understand and sell

What qualities does the ideal franchisee possess?

First, a sincere desire to be their own BOSS; Have a goal to succeed; Have had some past experience in Recruitment and/or HR functions; Be willing to pick up the phone and call their network of Personal/Business associates and friends; be computer literate and finally have an attitude which differentiates them from the herd. They do what it takes to WIN!

How long does the process of starting a Coensus-hr franchise take?

There is little to be done however to be safe you should allow 2 weeks. This is mostly to cover training.

How much support and training is offered to your franchisees?

Support and training from Coensus-hr or Prevue never ends. It must never be forgotten, their success is our success. We are a team – Together Everyone Achieves More.

When a trial is requested by a prospective client Coensus-hr will cover the cost. This, in turn, is underwritten by Prevuehr Inc

In what ways do you help Coensus-hr franchisees achieve a healthy work-life balance?

Because this is a Home Based business opportunity we encourage a healthy work-life balance. Right now all our Distributors, including Coensus-hr, are Home-based

Is there anything you would like to add?

Many might think this business is too scientific, it is not. Prevue HQ and its team of UK Based Scientific Advisors handle all the clever stuff. What we are looking for are ‘marketeers’ and individuals who can see the potential for Prevue and will introduce it to the massive UK market opportunity.
