I’ve never actually had a bad boss, had a bad franchisor, who was just awful, didn’t care about me at all.
One time when I was sat in front of her crying and begging for her help, she just shrugged and said “It’s your business, just get on with it.”
Urgh, who needs people like that in their life?!!
I felt so unsupported, not valued at all, nothing I said mattered, and they didn’t even hear what I had to say!
It was their way or the high way, an attitude I cannot stand!

Chris our Yorkshire franchisee suggested we add the words PET TAXI onto our sign writing; so we did.
Sarah in Milton Keynes, suggested we add the PET TAXI to the uniform; so we did.
A successful business takes input from everyone, not a boss running a dictatorship!
2024 was an incredible year for us, we have spoken to lots of people who love what we do and would love to join, now perhaps is not the right time, but 2025 is where they plan to make the magic happen.
The end of the year is always a great time to reflect on how your year went, if you started with plans or goals, did you achieve those goals?

Once you know those 2 things, it will help you decide which direction to go for 2025.
We are creating products in 2025. We have set about designing and manufacturing our own range of crash tested pet transport equipment which will be used in all our pet taxis. Very exciting when new franchisees join, we will be able to say we designed this equipment ourselves.
We hope to have our first product ready to go to market by Autum 2025, but have built up a social media stir that will mean we have customers waiting to buy when the first product comes off the production line.
