Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond Myo ZinMost recently, Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond opened its doors after being approved by CQC. The franchise is owned by husband and wife, Myo Zin and Cho Thein, and supported by Registered Care Manager, Kameka Peart, who will provide expert quality care to families in Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond and the surrounding areas.

Heritage Healthcare has built an outstanding reputation for delivering expert care in the homes of individuals and supporting elderly and vulnerable clients. The care provider first opened in 2008 with home care offices in Guisborough and Cleveland, before launching into the franchise sector in 2013. The brand now has 17 care offices in the UK covering 19 large territories, two of which are company-owned.

“We are very excited to welcome three new franchises to the Heritage Healthcare family,” said Michelle Fenwick QFP, Director of Heritage Healthcare Franchising Limited. “Our network is filled with experienced business owners who are dedicated to providing support to their local communities. We are looking forward to seeing the successes our new franchisees will achieve over the coming years.

“In normal circumstances, we would have welcomed our new franchisees to our Head Office in Darlington, where they would have taken part in a comprehensive 10-day training course. In light of the pandemic, our Franchise Support Team have been able to utilise video conferencing apps to deliver the training remotely.

This also gave many of our established franchisees the opportunity to join in and refresh their knowledge of care management software, finances, marketing and business operations.”

Heritage Healthcare continues to grow across the UK, introducing the brand to new locations and communities. To find out more about how you can be part of the Heritage Healthcare Franchise network, please click the button below to get in touch.
