As a franchisor it’s imperative now, more than ever, we need to support our franchisees in the promotion and advertisements of such positions. It is today that Kare Plus launches its national #StepUp recruitment campaign across national radio stations.

Marketing Manager for Kare Plus, Adam Mence outlined “Recruitment is always a critical activity for a healthcare organisation and when we find ourselves in challenging times with an increase in demand it has never been more important. During the current climate, we felt digital listening was a fantastic opportunity for us to increase our brand awareness across our franchise locations. Radio advertising is known to be one of the trusted advertising mediums and we are confident that this new campaign will support our national network of offices to help get more people into care so we can continue to grow and support local communities, nationally.”

The campaign celebrates that at Kare Plus, caring is different, it is a community and a culture of care with a K, and of course, care with a difference. It calls upon experienced healthcare workers are willing to #StepUp and hear the rally call. It also targets those who might have lost their job in recent time and who may want a challenge and they know they can #StepUp too.

The campaign is partnered with Bauer Media Group, who host a market-leading portfolio of radio stations including Kiss, Kisstory, Magic, Absolute, The Hits Radio, Q, Kerrang and many more.

Not only will the rallying advert reach a very targeted audience within Bauer’ network, but Kare Plus will also continue to serve and deliver powerful national social media campaigns which has already provided its network over 2,000 applications.
