What initially drew you towards BabyBeats and Mindful Movers?

I love that BabyBeats is super beneficial for both baby and mother. I feel it is something that I very much missed out on after my pregnancies and know a lot of women will benefit from having these classes to help their bodies recover after birth and to bond with their babies. It’s great because it teaches valuable skills and for me it is being able to deliver classes in a fun, interesting way, which involves sensory elements that have the social interaction for both parents and baby, with huge emotional support.

Did the initial training course meet your expectations?

The course exceeded my expectations and I was provided with the knowledge and teaching ability to safely and effectively run the classes in a fun and caring way. The training course has not only expanded my skills but I have gained valuable business skills as well.

Rose was extremely knowledgeable and I was given opportunities and encouragement throughout the training course to ask questions and had in depth answers, which really put my mind at ease.

How do you feel support has been since setting up your new business?

BabyBeats has been there every step of the way and I have regular check-ins. Feedback is given straight away, the advice is always helpful and encouraging, which has really built my confidence up.

I really feel like I am part of a team and that we can always rely on each other for support. I feel confident to be able to start running mother and baby classes, I have gained knowledge on setting up and marketing the business. I have the ability to safely work with mums and babies and understand the health benefits and preparation that goes into each class. I have learnt new techniques from physical, emotional and developmental areas.

Everyone at BabyBeats and Mindful Movers is here to support you throughout and are always happy to give you their time to have a chat.

Everyone is really friendly and are always there to offer help when needed.
