Not one, but two new Contract Services businesses join the network!

Our ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services network has had a very busy start to 2018 with not one, but TWO new franchisees joining the network.

It’s always a good news story when a new franchisee joins the network. It means greater coverage offered by the brand but it also means that there is another entrepreneur on the path to achieving their dreams.

Meet Chris!

Chris Blewitt launched his commercial office cleaning business operating across Durham and Teesside this March.

No stranger to cleaning, Chris’s family owned and operated a successful Dry Cleaning and Laundry business in the North East for over 30 years and Chris has spent over 25 years in operational roles for successful blue-chip organisations, managing large teams of people.

Chris said: “I left my old role to launch my own business and chose the franchising route to start out on my own because of the strength of the back-up support. I also wanted a scalable business that I could one day bring my family into and I’m already working closely with my daughter, Jessica who is studying business at college in Newcastle.”

“ServiceMaster Clean has a fantastic reputation in commercial cleaning and I’m excited to start meeting new clients and employing new staff. The level of professionalism and service we can offer will help us stand out.”
We are pleased that Chris decided to partner up with us to take advantage of our experience and expertise in the cleaning sector. Good Luck Chris, we look forward to working with you!

Meet Erik & Family
Erik Vaca Gavilanes at just 18 years old decided that he wanted to realise his dreams and become his own boss, of a commercial office cleaning franchise in North London.

Originally from Ecuador, Rene Vaca, Emma Gavilanes Lopez and Erik Vaca Gavilanes now of Stratford have over 40 years cleaning management experience between them and chose to set up their new ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services business, with Erik (18) taking the lead.

Erik said: “I’ve worked in the cleaning sector for a couple of years and progressed quickly so as a family, we decided to launch our own business. My parents will be there for support but the main responsibility is on me to make this a success.”

Emma added: “I’m so proud of Erik for his hard work to save up every penny to invest in his ServiceMaster Clean franchise. He is focused, ready to go and I know he’ll be climbing the franchise leader board in no time at all.”

It’s not uncommon for a family business to join the network but we are very excited to see how Erik heads up his new business as his innovation, drive and determination are second to none. We look forward to working with Erik and his family to grow their new venture inline with Erik’s dreams!
