Radfield Home Care earns consecutive 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award from Workbuzz

Radfield Home Care have been awarded the prestigious Workbuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction award for the second consecutive year. This accolade recognises franchisors who provide exceptional assistance and support to their franchise partners in an industry known for its rigorous standards.

Celebrating the achievement, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, CEO at Radfield Home Care said:

To ensure franchise partners receive the support they need, the Radfield Home Care national office has one of the largest ratios of support team members to franchise partners in the sector at one team member for every two offices. The team provides a dedicated onboarding process with growth support as the business develops. In 2022, Radfield’s franchisee onboarding programme, Radfield Runway, was recognised by Princess Anne with a Princess Royal Training Award. Shortly after the same programme also earned Radfield the 2023 “Team Support” award from the Home Care Awards, along with the title of “Most Outstanding Home Care Group”.

The Workbuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction award recognises franchisors who have attained the highest levels of satisfaction from their franchisees, as revealed in an annual survey by Workbuzz. The survey gathers anonymised feedback from franchisees to measure satisfaction levels across all aspects of their business relationship with the franchisors. By achieving the 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction award, Radfield Home Care has demonstrated a standard of excellence in their operations, which includes providing continual support to their network and nurturing a culture of collaboration and success.
