British Franchise Association’s Emerging Franchisor of the Year finalist, Radfield Home Care has launched a brand new franchise discovery day programme to support franchise prospects to begin their journey into the multi-billion pound marketplace.
Designed with franchise prospects in mind, the brand new series of discovery days will take place at the home care company’s new National Office in Shrewsbury, giving prospects the chance to meet the specialist franchise support team that will help them develop rewarding, successful and profitable businesses.
This unique approach will enable prospects to leave with a greater understanding of both the private home care sector and how Radfield will support them during their business’ pre-launch, start-up and ongoing development. They will also be able to discuss any questions they may have about recruitment, marketing, compliance, business development, client attraction and more with the specific industry experts.
“When we speak with franchise prospects, it is clear that one of the most important things they are looking for in a franchise is the support they receive that will help them launch and grow a successful business”, Radfield Home Care’s franchisor, Dr Hannah MacKechnie explained. “We realised that enabling franchise prospects to meet with the support team would give them the chance to ask any and all of the questions they have about different areas of the business directly; helping them to complete their due diligence and get to know the people that they will be working closely with.
“Hosting franchise prospects and the whole support team in one place also allows prospects to focus on areas that are most important to them. Some people want to know more about how we help them recruit and retain staff through our Caring for Carers pledge, some are eager to know more about our leading marketing strategies to attract private clients, and others are most interested in how our healthcare management systems help them exceed regulatory expectations. Our new Discovery Days will give them the chance to discuss all these topics with our support personnel directly.”
As well as the chance to meet the franchise support team, attendees will also learn about Radfield Home Care’s established business model, industry-leading 20 day training programme, franchise territories, financial projections and the next steps to continue on their journey of discovery.
Radfield’s Discovery Days are held every month, with the next events taking place on Thursday 23rd May, Tuesday 25th June and Thursday 18th July, each between 10:00 and 13:30.
