Right at Home is awarded national 5* Employer status for second consecutive year

Leading UK homecare provider Right at Home has been awarded national 5* Employer status across its network of 60+ locally owned and operated offices.

The business was named a 5* Employer for the second year running, following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz. More than 1,200 CareGivers completed the anonymised survey across the Right at Home network.

“We want our CareGivers to feel cared for and supported in the same way that they care for others in our communities and by taking part in this survey annually, we are showing our commitment to continuous improvement.”

In addition, almost 50% of the Right at Home offices that took part in the survey were awarded local 5* employer recognition, which is achieved by gaining an engagement score of 90 or above.
