Who is Myles?

Myles is a highly talented and professional individual with over 20 years of experience in the sales and high-end training market.
He made a highly successful career for himself in the in the middle east work for other companies and selling a range of different training services. At his peak he was selling Oil digging training worth millions of pounds per contract.

Why did he come to us?

Having spent many years working for someone else, Myles felt it was time to branch off and do his own thing.

He loves the area of training and matched with his enthusiasm of sales he felt that the SME Skills Academy franchise program was perfect for him and exactly what he was looking for.

He wanted a plug and play business solution, which would enable him to get to market quickly and effectively, without having to spent a lot of resources and time developing the training material and delivery structure.

What did we do together?

Upon joining, Myles successfully completed the 2 weeks induction course.

In those 2 weeks we taught him how to go to market and sell the services and also how to deliver those to clients once they came on board.

We also helped to create a bespoke plan for him to have a successful 90 day launch in his own territory.

Result?

Within 4 weeks of completing his induction, Myles closed 5 clients and hit a billing target of £30,000.

He is constantly generating 3-4 qualified leads per week and is building his consultancy firm. His average client is worth £6,000.  Myles has a target of £250,000 billing per annum and we are very excited to be able to help him achieve this milestone.
