We then helped them to recruit and replace sales staff, to help them to a more dynamic and efficient sales operation. We then incorporated a bespoke training program to help maintain the staff development

We now operate as their non-exec sales directors helping them on a monthly basis with any sales issues, training, motivation and leadership

We have helped take AVC from £1.75mill turnover to over £2mill. We developed a positive and dynamic team environment

An increase of £250,000!

More importantly, by implementing simple management systems, the team is now able to manage itself and to consistently hit and achieve the sales targets monthly
