A new Sourced Living Partner has completed on the purchase of an established letting agency just 49 days after joining the network.
John Clark acquired a business with 262 managed units, £293,000 annual turnover and existing landlords, tenants, systems and team already in place.
The £450,000 purchase was fully funded by Sourced through the Assisted Acquisitions Programme.
Building a lettings business with support
