WHO ARE PRO ELITE FOOTBALL ACADEMY

Coach Ali created Pro Elite Football Academy in 2016 and was joined by his brother Coach H in 2017. The pair complement each other’s strengths, and both are now lead coaches at Tottenham Hotspur: Ali leads the U8s and H leads the U7s. Coach H is also one of the most respected toddler football coaches in the country.

Together they believe that every single child should have access to top-level coaching, regardless of their ability level. They have built a reputation for football experiences that are inclusive, fun and development-focused, and those values continue to define the Pro Elite brand today.

WHY ARE WE FRANCHISING?

In 2023 we realised our local reach was limited. We had maximised every venue in North London and built the largest private football academy in the area, so we decided to franchise.

Since then, we are closing in on our 10th franchise location, taking our total number of facilities to 30.

But this mission is bigger than any one team or location. Every young person across the country deserves the same sense of belonging and excitement, and that journey can only continue by partnering with people who share our vision and passion.

THE INVESTMENT

We offer two franchise packages, depending on how many venues you want to operate:

• £12,995 + VAT 6-venue franchise
• £17,995 + VAT 12-venue franchise

Your initial investment includes:

• A full set of equipment to get you started
• Your full initial launch marketing
• The cost of your training
• The set-up of your franchise business

Once launched, paid monthly

• 8% royalty
• £200 + VAT management fee
• 2% national marketing fund contribution

These fees cover the high level of support you receive from our Franchise Launch Team during your launch phase, and our internal support structure led by Coach Ali and Coach H. They also include all digital marketing management, your booking system, all inbound enquiries and all social media coverage.

Our initial fee is markedly lower than many of our competitors, but we appreciate it is still a significant financial investment, so we can advise on the funding sources available.
