You choose how big you want to start

Choose a guaranteed monthly turnover target from £10,000 to £50,000, with a simple investment structure of £2,995 for your training and launch package, plus £1,000 for every £1,000 of guaranteed monthly turnover you choose.

Whether you start with £10,000 or £50,000, you receive the same comprehensive Welpol training, systems, launch package and ongoing support. The only difference is the level of guaranteed turnover you ask us to help you build.

And your starting point doesn’t have to be your finishing point. You can increase your guaranteed turnover later for £1,000 per additional £1,000, without paying another launch fee.

You choose how local you want to be

Our standard client-generation radius is 30 miles from your home, giving us the widest area in which to build your guaranteed turnover.

If staying closer to home is more important to you, you can choose a 20-mile radius, which adds one year to your guarantee delivery timeframe, or a 10-mile radius, which adds two years.

It means you can choose the balance between keeping your business local and how quickly your guarantee is delivered.

How hands-on you decide to be will depend on your own financial circumstances - and it can change as your business grows.

If you can financially support yourself while your business becomes established, you can focus on managing, recruiting and developing your business from day one.

If you need the business to provide you with an income from the start, you can work on cleaning contracts yourself while building your client base and team. As the business grows, those cleaning hours can gradually be handed over to employees, allowing you to move towards a more management-focused role.

Backed by a real guarantee

You won’t be left to find every client yourself. Our dedicated lead generation and sales teams work alongside you to generate commercial cleaning opportunities and book meetings, while we support you in converting those opportunities into long-term, recurring contracts.

We agree a clear delivery timeframe based on the turnover target and radius you choose. If we don’t deliver your guaranteed turnover by the agreed deadline, we refund the shortfall.

And reaching your guarantee isn’t the end goal. There’s no cap on how far you can grow your Welpol business beyond it.
