Home improvement franchise Kitchen Makeovers has revealed record-breaking results across its UK network, with newly finalised figures showing 17 franchise locations set new performance records as Q3 closed out.
The results, confirmed once each franchise’s monthly performance had been verified at head office, show seven territories recording their highest monthly turnover since launch and a further 10 achieving their best September on record. Three franchisees also achieved six-figure sales in a single month – a milestone that marks the very top tier of performance across the network.
The surge was driven by homeowners looking to complete kitchen transformations before Christmas, as attention turns indoors and families prepare to host over the festive period. Rather than committing to the cost and disruption of a full refit, more households are choosing to update their existing kitchens with replacement doors, worktops and other upgrades.
“September has shown exactly what our franchisees can achieve when strong preparation meets high seasonal demand,” said Will Frankling, Co-founder of Kitchen Makeovers. “To see 17 locations set records in a single month is a fantastic reflection of the work happening right across the network – not just at the top of the table. Once the figures were finalised, it was clear we’d had a truly exceptional month.”
Records from Cornwall to York
Franchisees recording their highest monthly turnover ever were Cornwall, Birmingham West, Bristol West, Rotherham, Peterborough, Coventry and York. Lincoln, Warrington, Cambridge, Staines, Portsmouth, Reading, Colchester, Ipswich, Bath and Wrexham each enjoyed their best September since opening.
The three locations to pass the six-figure mark in a single month were the corporate branch in Harpenden managed by Colin Breslin, Paul Lindley in Lincoln and Phil Chrysandrea in Cornwall.
Customer confidence was a standout feature of the month. In Lincoln, Paul turned 14 of his 18 quotes into confirmed orders – a conversion rate of 78% – while Phil converted 14 of 20 quotes in Cornwall to achieve 70%.
In Birmingham West, Guy Clark – who joined Kitchen Makeovers after more than 20 years in hospitality – recorded the highest monthly turnover in his branch’s history, climbing 20 places on the network’s performance leaderboard, the biggest rise of any franchisee.
New franchisees already setting the pace
Several of the record-breakers are among the newest members of the network, showing how quickly franchisees can build momentum with the right training and support – and without any previous experience in the kitchen sector.
Faizan Anwer in Peterborough, who brings 20 years’ experience from medical device manufacturing, and business graduate Kenny Aladenola in Coventry both launched in spring 2026 and have already set all-time records. Craig Caldwell, who launched Kitchen Makeovers Rotherham in autumn 2025, also recorded his highest month to date.
“What’s really encouraging is seeing franchisees who only joined in the last 12 months already setting records,” added Will. “None of them came from a kitchen fitting background. They came with the right attitude, a focus on customer service and the drive to build their own business – and our training, systems and support do the rest. With the run-up to Christmas now in full swing, the whole network is in a brilliant position to finish the year strongly.”
