“I keep Sourced a secret”: The Comment That Became Sourced’s Latest Campaign

Reading Time: < 1 minute

It started with a joke.

At a networking event, someone asked an investor where he found his property deals. His answer was immediate: “I’d rather not say. Why would I tell anyone else where the best deals are?”

He was joking. Mostly.

But somewhere in that throwaway comment was a truth that anyone who’s spent time inside the Sourced network recognises, when you have access to quality deals, you don’t exactly rush to broadcast it.

That moment became Sourced’s latest campaign: “Investors’ Best Kept Secret.”

Haven’t heard of Sourced before? That might not be an accident. Perhaps the deals were just that good.

The System Behind the Deals

The advert focuses on property deals, but it reflects something much larger that’s been quietly taking shape behind the scenes.

Over the past year, Sourced has completed the build-out of a fully integrated property ecosystem: one connected platform supporting investors, landlords and franchise partners to find deals, build relationships with agents and sellers, secure specialist finance, and structure everything properly through dedicated accounting and operational support. Franchise partners sit at the centre of it and benefit from every part working together.

The deals were always there. Now the infrastructure built to power them is too.

With the ecosystem complete, this campaign marks the next move: bringing the brand into wider view and making sure the secret, if it ever really was one, gets a little harder to keep.

Where Visibility Becomes Opportunity

For Sourced Partners, brand visibility isn’t just a vanity metric, it’s fuel.

More awareness means more landlords and investors discovering the platform, more discovery means more conversations, and more conversations mean more opportunities.

The campaign may be tongue-in-cheek, but the momentum behind it is real.

As Sourced continues to increase its exposure, the “best kept secret” is slowly getting out, and that’s good news for everyone operating within the network.

So… want in on it?
