I was initially drawn to the BabyBeats classes through my Pilates teacher Rose. I had such a great experience in her classes and found her teaching style. Ethos and rapport with her participants were so amazing that when I heard about BabyBeats, it made me want to find out more.
Having 3 young daughters myself i have a good idea as to what makes a good baby class, and once i watched the first class i knew it was something so special i wanted to be part of, due to its fab mix of something for both mum and baby.
Did the initial training course meet your expectations?
The initial training course of 2 full days was what i expected and more, and as well as training me and covering all the topics needed, it really excited me hearing Rose’s passion for it and meeting the other franchisees and having time to really immerse ourselves in the brand and content.
Have you had opportunities to interact with other teachers or mentors in the initial months? How has that support benefited your on boarding experience?
I have had the opportunity to spend time with Erin a lead franchisee who has so much experience, i have observed her classes and learnt so much and taken on her ideas to help build my class plans and how to interact with the participants. I also know i can contact Rose when i need to for invaluable business advice as i prepare to start my classes and regularly speak to 2 lovely fellow franchisees to swap advice and ideas along the way.
How does our ongoing training align with your career goals, and how do you see it benefiting your long-term professional development?
The training offered on an ongoing basis is in the firstly in the form of monthly team zoom meetings and we can learn a lot about marketing tools, social media, organisation, planning, how to use booking tools, advertising to name a few. There are also many ways to learn from peers and those more experienced and they offer great options on training as you continue your journey as well as being open to suggestions and feedback of how things to be improved and enhanced.
What support mechanisms, such as ongoing learning resources, do you feel are crucial to continuing your growth and development after completing our initial training programme?
I think the training programme is different from others i have experienced and heard about because they really value and celebrate your success. The training is well structured and the content great but it is made even better by the way it is delivered and the ongoing support provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other people who are considering this type of career.
I feel very supported by BabyBeats. I have felt seen and valued, and I am always able to ask for help and advice.
