No Letting Go’s busy season is now in full swing with the lettings market at full speed as tenants move out and into new property.

Property inventories are a vital part of the lettings process by recording the contents and condition of the landlords’ asset at the start of the tenancy. A second report is produced at the end of the tenancy to record any changes to the property. The documents provide independent evidence for both landlords and tenants when it comes to potential deposit negotiations at the end of the tenancy. Inventories also set the expectations for how the property should be maintained during the course of the tenancy.
With increasing interest rates and tighter economic conditions it is expected that the demand for the rental sector will continue to grow, and the positive forecast for the lettings market will continue well into next year.
