The Travel Franchise has announced that its next Millionaire’s Retreat will take place at Atlantica Ocean Beach resort in Crete from October 8th-12th – and people who sign up for its Elite franchise package this month can join it for free.
The four-night trip, hosted with trade partner Easyjet, will include flights, all-inclusive accommodation and training on how to kickstart a home-based travel agency.
Perched in a scenic spot skirted by a pebble beach in the peaceful town of Maleme in Crete, the four-star resort has a 4.5 rating on Tripadvisor and a small onsite aqua park popular among families.
Franchisees will be able to explore the resort and local area and network with around 80 other franchisees. Bearing in mind that 98 per cent of new joiners to The Travel Franchise are completely new to the travel industry, this trip is a fantastic training opportunity when consultants will learn crucial tips from experts, including one of the award-winning company’s co-founders.
As part of The Travel Franchise’s Elite package, this is just one of two free training retreats that consultants benefit from. The second, the Elite Experience, takes place in a luxury long-haul location with consultants this year invited to choose from Mauritius or Antigua and Barbados.
Prospective franchisees who are considering joining are advised to sign up as soon as possible to reserve their place with only 20 of 80 spots remaining for the Crete retreat.
The timing couldn’t be better for franchisees who want to train and get up to speed by ‘peaks’ – the January to March season when typically agents sell four times as many holidays.
Signing up now will mean that new joiners can train in September, travel to Crete in October and spend November and December finding customers and building marketing activities.
The company has seen a growing demand for its franchises with consultants selling more holidays than ever before following significant investment in recruitment, technology and pioneering initiatives, including in its Cruise Division which helps train and support consultants improve their sales in one of the industry’s most lucrative sectors.
Rated the top travel franchise on numerous leaderboards, the company now has over 650 homeworkers with some earning six figures.
Last month, one agent made a single booking worth £130,000 while another new recruit made 20 bookings a month out of training. Another couple made over 100 bookings in the same month.
“July has officially been the third busiest month of the year and the fourth busiest month EVER for Not Just Travel,” said co-founder Paul Harrison.
“With growth of circa 40% compared to the same period last year, this is exceptional given we’ve had a huge football tournament, an election of a new government and now we’re straight into the Olympics. Every single one of these events was predicted to slow travel sales. This shows how strong the market is right now.”
