I’ve owned my business for just over two years now. It’s simply changed my life . I have been on cruises, visited Cyprus and the Seychelles and earnt more money than I did as a police officer . Don’t get me wrong , it’s a lot of hours and hard work but I enjoy every single minute of it . My business has doubled within the first year and Seychelles am looking forward to seeing the future of my business . The support it second to none . Now officially 4 months into our NJT Travel venture, and loving it. Whilst it is initially challenging, the NJT wider team support is superb and the Business Development Managers (BDM's) are ever present and willing to help. We have just finished a successful one day 'refresher' training day in Stratford, highlighting the support we continue to receive. Also just cracked a couple of NJT milestones that always make you feel great, and open up further opportunities to grow your travel business.

From starting in October 2016 with no previous experience in travel I have recently achieved the status of "Diamond" and with sales to date just short of £6 million. The Not Just Travel of today is unrecognisable of the one I joined back then as there has been so much investment into the company which in turn gives us more tools to help us grow our own personal businesses. Looking forward to a great future with the continued and amazing support of our head office and bdms So many friends have been made along the way too!

For me the continued training and support received is what makes it stand apart from the rest. I have been with the company for 2 years and have just returned from the Elite Retreat in Jamaica with 30 other amazing Travel Consultants. It was an incredible week crammed full of business development sessions, further training, the opportunity to have 1-2-1s with the management team and time to get to know some our suppliers in a (very tropical) face to face situation! Also plenty of time to explore the hotel, the island and get a real destination experience to share with my customers. What an amazing week with my NJT family!

Wow what can I say! My first Millionaires Retreat with the Travel Franchise and I can’t praise NJT, and all involved enough. I learnt so much and really feel recharged, motivated and ready to grow my business further with my amazing Not Just Travel business partner. They really cater to you and understand your journey. I also got to meet other great business owners, and now can call my friends. There was so much learning and supporting of one another. I recently went on the Elite Experience in Mauritius. It was excellent. Beachcomber, our hosts, went above & beyond, to ensure we had a great time but more importantly we learnt as much as we could about their offering. We also spent time in the classroom, learning how to move our businesses forward & getting excellent tips for customer retention. Another important benefit was to spend time with other TC’s and share our own personal experiences. Steve & Paul went out of their way to make sure we mixed as much as possible and were always on hand to answer any questions. We were able to have 121’s with Steve. I came away feeling very much part of the NJT family and more importantly, equipped to take my business to the next level - thank you NJT!

I genuinely can’t praise The Travel Franchise (TTF) enough — it has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Having had our franchise 4 years now i feel qualified to give genuine feedback. Our initial sign up on the Elite package was intended to be a side-line and a 2nd income. Now it is our main income and continues to grow at a apace - this is down to the exceptional levels of training and support which if you take the time to use the Business development managers and attend the endless training will give you every chance to succeed. It is still down to the individual - if you don't work hard and follow the advice it won’t happen but follow the model / train and learn and there is huge earning potential and a fantastic work life balance. 4 years on we have zero regrets in fact one of the best decisions we have ever made.

I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since I joined The Travel Franchise in 2017 — and what a journey it’s been! I absolutely love my business and have genuinely enjoyed every step along the way. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The training, tools, and ongoing support have been exceptional from the start. 5 years in and making real progress with The Travel Franchise. Great support from my BDM and from the whole Not Just Travel (NJT) team including the 2 co-founders (Paul & Steve). Business doesn't just fall into your lap, but doing the basics of providing good customer service, does generate business and a lot of repeat bookings. I've had a realistic return on my investment and have recruited family members to work alongside me. NJT cares about what you do and it offers a lot of support on personal development, marketing, supplier support, etc,. It's truly our business with no set targets by the Franchise, and the environment created by the co-founders is really positive, with help when needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Travel Franchise!

I've been with the travel franchise for 8 months now and cannot recommend this franchise company enough. The training and support is just unbelievable. They let you run your business how you want, some want a multi-million pound company some just want to work around their family. There's no judgement just encouragement so you can be the best you can be. I've worked for massive government concerns before and I'm shocked how supportive everyone is, they want you to succeed, you’re not just a payroll number.

Great first week of training! Excellent communication from the time I first enquired to now. Ongoing support and help given, and easy to access. There is a lot of support in order to get things growing as quickly as possible. A really enjoyable experience so far!

Wow! Just returned from 2 business trips with The Travel Franchise and already reaping the rewards. WOW what an amazing week on board Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady. Fantastic training sessions at the start of the cruise showing us all of the amazing new tools we will have to elevate our businesses and catching up with our Key Trade Partners. Brilliant break-out sessions going into more detail on the tools that can help us. It was so good to catch up with so many colleagues and make new friends all whilst being thoroughly spoilt by Virgin Voyages. NJT really is one big family and one I am truly proud to be a part of.
