To achieve this, we will equip you with the skills and resources necessary for you to be able to deliver ‘ilm Recognised’ Leadership Development Programmes for your clients.

This opportunity is exclusive to individuals with gravitas and experience to command a room of senior leaders. You must have:

• Senior Experience: At least 5 years at a senior level within a company.
• Communication Skills: impeccable written and spoken English with a compelling presentation style.
• Drive: A clear vision for your future and the entrepreneurial spirit to run your own operation.
• Passion: A genuine desire to help others grow and succeed.

Role of a Licensee Coach

• Autonomy & Impact: Facilitate real changes in organisations while maintaining the freedom of self-employment
• Consult: Engage with senior executives to identify leadership gaps and opportunities
• Deliver: Run high impact workshops and coaching sessions using BLI’s proprietary Leadership Development Programme
• Inspire: Use your confident presentation style to enthuse individuals and teams and drive organisational culture change
• Grow: build your own client base with the backing of BLI’s proven heritage

Financial Overview

• Individual Franchise License Fee: £20,000 +VAT
• Additional person Franchise Fee: £6,000K +VAT
• Exceptional Earnings potential: you can typically generate an income revenue of £1,500 to £2,500 per contracted day
• Royalty Fee: There is an ongoing royalty fee of 15% of revenue received
• Low overheads: Operate a knowledge-based business with no stock, premises or expensive equipment required
• As a Licensee you can operate from anywhere in the UK. Also, abroad by agreement.
