Sourced Franchise have funded another franchisee project with their in-house funding facility.
Their peer to peer lending platform, Sourced Capital, raised a total of £1,103,000 for Chaz Singh and Jas Malhi from Sourced Coventry.
The franchisees are purchasing a plot of land with planning permission for 6 properties. Out of the total amount raised, £199,000 will be used towards the purchase price of £504,000 and the remaining balance will cover the build costs and professional fees.
After successful completion, Chaz and Jas will sell the property within a 14-month period, generating an estimated profit margin of 39% on sale of the converted property.
