Start with your first van and scale-up
Start small, learn all elements of the operation and as your customer base grows build your team of loyal technicians, an office team and then add further services and territories.
To start you will need at least £50,000 with the ability to borrow – the major banks will lend up to 50% of the total initial investment of £100,000 including working capital. If you wish to purchase the van upfront, rather than utilising asset finance, the total initial investment will be in the region of £145,000+VAT
Build a multi-territory, multi-service cleaning business
