Our mission is to unite people from diverse backgrounds over a steamy bowl of ramen, all our noodles are home-made and our broth goes through a painstaking 8 hours to ensure the silkiest and richest broth available.

Maki & Ramen was founded by Teddy Lee. His journey began as a Chef, studying in a sushi academy in Tokyo, with an aim to introduce high-quality ramen and sushi to our local communities. With hard work, resilience, and a solid team, he founded our first Maki & Ramen in 2015. It is proudly standing today alongside our other branches, serving thousands of hungry customers each and every day. 

Now that we have extended our reach around the UK, Maki & Ramen's objective is simple: to provide delicious, accessible, and high-quality dishes to all our guests. We believe we can get there, one dish at a time.

The Training we offer

Initial Setup:

We will help manage the selection and setup of your premises.

Our experience enables us to identify the location with the best profile for our business. In conjunction with you we will:

• Identify suitable premises;
• Assist in negotiating a lease;
• Plan the fit out and preparation of the premises;
• Fit out the premises;
• Organise and coordinate initial local marketing;
• Undertake training of you and your staff;
• Ordering of stock if required.

Initial Training:

Maki & Ramen understands that training is essential to a successful Franchise System. 

Initial training introduces Franchisees to our business systems and processes, providing the hands-on skills and knowledge you need to begin trading in a professional and organised manner.

An experienced Maki & Ramen staff member will work alongside you in your own territory or premises for a minimum of 10 days.
