What is your biggest achievement at ServiceMaster Clean so far?

Recently, a major focus for ServiceMaster Clean has been investment into technology. Our business management software has been designed based on franchisee consultation and feedback. The platform gives the user a comprehensive view of their business, anywhere, at any time, all in accordance with data protection and GDPR.

We have also paid attention to the changing needs of the consumer, resulting in the recent introduction of our e-commerce system. This allows customers to book carpet cleaning services at any time of the day or night, in a matter of clicks. This means that as a business owner, you really make money while you sleep!

How long does the process of starting a ServiceMaster Clean franchise take?

There isn’t a set length of time to start our franchise as we understand the journey can be quite different for everyone. We encourage our prospective franchisees to take their time undertaking due diligence and to truly consider the implications of agreeing to a 5-year franchise agreement. However, from the point of signing up, the journey can be as short as a few weeks until the official training academy begins.

Our training academy takes place over 2 weeks at ServiceMaster head office in Leicester. During this time, we will guide you through the business set-up process so that you are equipped with the business assets, knowledge and skills to begin your new franchise business.

Delivery of this support takes many forms, including our operations manual, data banks, as well as regular onsite and remote visits.
