Earnings Structure:

You’ll receive 65% of the commission, with no deductions from your earnings.

• Average property price: £200,000
• Sale fee: 3% (Competitors charge between 3.4%-4.2%)
• Success rate: 78%

With a 65/35 commission split, you could earn around £136k per year from just 1% of estate agents in your area (based on 4 properties per year from 17 agents = 68 properties).

Work with 10% of estate agents, and that’s £1.36M a year, with no deductions.

If you personally bring in 5 properties per month, that’s an extra £20k per month, with zero deductions (other than your own expenses).
