Your personal mission:

1. Under the supervision of the ‘Company Compliance Officer’; your mission is to attend and pass the face to face interview. 
2. Undertake the initial training course and enter the company as a member of a professional growing team. 
3. You will then integrate yourself into a competent team of Area Managers and grow your own area team

Your personal profile: 

You will have the financial means to pay an Agency / Franchise Fee.

You will be switched on and able to absorb new information. 

You must have formal education to a good standard; a Degree is an advantage but is not a necessity. 

You must be literate & numerate.

You may have some experience in the industry; but it is not a prerequisite.  

You may have a successful background in sales and marketing, this may be of benefit to you, but it is not essential.

You may have a successful background in the man management of a small team; this would be of benefit to you. (Ex - Forces).

You may have solid knowledge of Probate / Wills & Trusts; this should be of benefit to you. (Retired Solicitors).

You must be a disciplined / positive / charismatic / professional person and be able to motivate yourself and a team at all times.

You must have two good references.

You must attend the interview. Everyone who wishes to be considered for the role will attend a face to face interview, there are no exceptions to this rule.
