The opportunity

As a TARKA franchisee you'll run a purpose-driven business with five revenue streams in your exclusive territory:

• Term-time classes: reliable weekly sessions forming the foundation of your business
• Holiday camps: high-demand seasonal programmes
• Parties and private bookings: flexible, high-margin events that build loyalty and referrals
• Schools and nurseries: scalable partnerships that put TARKA in front of whole cohorts of families
• Premium venues: clubs and hospitality partnerships that raise brand profile and access high-value clients

What you receive

• A comprehensive onboarding programme covering curriculum delivery, operations, local marketing, financial planning, safeguarding and parent communication
• A step-by-step operations manual and full curriculum licence
• A branded equipment pack, aligned with TARKA's visual identity and safety standards
• A structured marketing launch plan, including £1,500 of paid advertising to drive initial bookings
• Access to TARKA's bespoke booking and admin platform
• Ongoing support: one-to-one coaching calls, termly quality-assurance visits, refresher training and programme updates

The investment

• Franchise fee: from £25,000, depending on territory
• Royalty: 10% of gross revenue
• Annual fee: £3,500, included in your initial fee for the first 12 months
• Founding terms: reduced terms are available for our founding franchisees, discussed on your initial call

Who we're looking for

Hands-on, ambitious people who want to build something meaningful in their community. You'll lead a small team of inspiring instructors, build partnerships with venues, nurseries and schools, and deliver sessions to a premium standard. No childcare background is required: full training is provided, and energy, standards and commercial drive matter most.
