As Cactus Jack’s expands across the UK we are looking for individuals, or partnerships who are passionate about the hospitality sector and have the desire to be their own boss. No previous experience is required but if you do have an F&B background such as, Chefs, Restaurant Managers, or Owners/Senior Managers from service orientated industries it’s a definite bonus BUT this is not a hard and fast pre-requisite. As long as you are fully focussed on providing excellent customer service, and have the ability to motivate a team with a ‘hands on’ management style, are ready for a challenge and have the financial means to buy and grow the business, we’re interested in talking to you.

We are also open to welcoming existing restaurant owners into the Cactus Jack's family if they are looking at changing the brand and the food offer in order to improve their businesses potential and existing multi-brand franchise owners that wish to add an exciting Tex-Mex brand to their portfolio.

The Cactus Jack's Investment

Owning a restaurant is a major investment however it also offers the potential for a substantial income.

As a Cactus Jack's franchise owner, you will operate in an exclusive territory under an initial five-year licence with two automatic rights to renew for a further five years each time giving you fifteen years in total and longer if you decide to continue.

Cactus Jack’s has a low franchise licence fee of just £15,000 + VAT however, this is obviously not the full investment but, due to their agreement with an Asset Finance Company the initial capital required to set up your restaurant (assuming that Asset funding is approved) will only be around £80k instead of £240k, so it's well worth having a conversation with us about becoming a franchisee in this growing industry.

Cactus Jack's now have an agreement with an Asset Finance Company who will provide financing to fund the of the cost of the kitchen equipment as well as the furniture for the front of house and bar areas (subject to Status) thereby reducing the amount you will need to raise initially. They have also reduced their licence fee to £15,000 + VAT. The overall investment requirement, including working capital, will still be around £240,000 depending on size and your location, but your initial required capital (assuming that Asset funding is approved) will now be around £80k so that’s a huge reduction from £240k to just £80k to get you up and running!
